Services

90-Minute Custom Appointment

1 hr 30 mins$148

For not only addressing symptoms, but also breathing life into the cause of your dis-ease -- Experience the ultimate reset button for your body. Deep tensions are released with gentle facilitation by an experienced CranioSacral therapist who teams up with your body's natural intelligence and powerful desire to self-heal. While massage targets muscle health and function, CranioSacral Therapy targets the state of your nervous system which affects every natural process in your body. Freedom is restored and parasympathetic dominance (the opposite of fight-or-flight response, anxiety, and stress) is induced once you're ready.

Emotional releases are sometimes required to reach optimum healing, and spaRapha is a safe space for that to happen if needed. A therapeutic neck massage is often included depending on your needs. Reiki energy healing occurs simultaneously with CranioSacral Therapy at spaRapha and significantly enhances the experience. Each appointment is customized with various techniques to reach your specific goals that day.

Reiki Energy Healing - 60 Minutes

1 hr$102

For bliss and possibly the missing link in your wellness routine -- Reiki means spiritually guided (rei-) life force energy (-ki). We all have our own ki, and in optimum health yours flows freely within and through your physical, emotional, and spiritual levels like an open highway. The energetic roadblocks we so often experience can show up as physical pain, energetic depletion, anxiety, muscle tension, emotional turmoil, etc. Reiki replaces stagnant ki energy with dynamic, healthy energy in abundance to promote movement and ease in every way. Intuitively guided chiryo Reiki at spaRapha includes chakra balancing, aura clearing, inner child work, and support through emotional releases if necessary.

To peace, love, and soul-fire---

One of the best sessions yet. Nicole can zoom right into my mental/physical stresses and the energy blocks—with gentleness and precision. And then give me practical advice on self/work.
Thank you Nicole

I have been experiencing some grief this winter. Nicole gently touched different spots and my tears and breaths were flowing. It was one of the most intense healing experiences ever.
